Domestic Return

Returns are only eligible for purchases through our direct website bubahangmade.com.

We will happily accept returns, for free, within 15 days from the purchase date on your item.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition, accompanied with the original product packaging and tags. So basically, in the state you received them.

Once your order has been delivered, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us inmediately at info@bubahangmade.com.  However, we do not offer returns if your product has been custom made, or if it was a gift card.

In the event that the product received is damaged, we can replace or repair it at no additional cost. We kindly ask you to send us a photograph of the defective product once you have opened it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Any item received outside the state parameters of the note above, may not be eligible for a full refund and a restocking fee may be charged.

Exchanges & Canceling orders

Since most of our products are handmade and made to order, we do not offer exchanges. We cannot guarantee cancellations or adjustments once an order has been submitted online. Shipping

Please note that our mobiles are made to order. If a particular mobile is not listed as in stock, please be aware that manufacturing may take up to a maximum of 7 working days.
-Delivery by courier to the requested address (if eligible in your area) costs 35 NIS.
-Shipping is free of charge in Tel Aviv, when purchasing products on the website above 300 NIS.
– Orders placed for products in stock on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays will be processed on the first working day after that.

– Self collection possible

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Alharizi 7, Tel Aviv, 6424406.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
